Campaigns require a template and a contact list. Create these first if you haven't already.

Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Compose
Define your Campaign Name (internal) and Subject Line. Select a verified sender and choose a template.
Step 2: Audience
Choose the List you want to target. Transmit calculates the recipient count automatically.
Step 3: Preview & Test
Review a realistic preview. Use Send Test Email to receive a copy in your inbox.
Warning: Always send a test email before broadcasting!
Step 4: Review & Schedule
Finalize settings. Choose Send Now for immediate delivery or Schedule for a future time.
Analytics
Track your campaign's performance in real-time:

Cloning Campaigns
Duplicate existing campaigns to quickly iterate on successful broadcasts. Look for the Clone action in the campaign list.
Best Practices
Timing Matters: Schedule for Tuesday-Thursday mornings (~10 AM) for higher open rates.
Clean Lists: Regularly use bounce handling to maintain sender reputation.
