What's the difference between Transactional and Marketing?
Transactional plans are for API/SMTP sending only: password resets, receipts, notifications. Marketing plans add campaigns, contacts, automations, and inbound email for newsletters and promotional emails.
Can I switch between Transactional and Marketing?
Yes! You can upgrade from Transactional to Marketing anytime. Your existing templates and logs carry over. Downgrading removes access to marketing features.
Why no free tier?
We want customers who are serious about email. Our $2/mo Transactional plan costs less than a coffee and lets you send 3,000 emails. Enough to validate any project.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We soft-throttle at 100% of your limit. You can continue sending at a reduced rate, or upgrade instantly to unlock more volume.
