We retain full message content and event logs for 7 days on all plans. Aggregate statistics are retained indefinitely.

Yes, you can disable open and click tracking globally or per-message via API parameters.
Does tracking affect deliverability?
Generally, no. We use neutral domains for tracking pixels and links. However, for cold outreach, disabling open tracking can sometimes improve inbox placement.
Can I export the data?
